In March, we welcomed three new members to the Board.

We added two members in Arkansas: Sen. Bob Ballinger as our
new Senate appointee and Caleb Stanton as Governor Asa Hutchinson’s
alternate.

And in Missouri, Rep. Bill Kidd joins us as our new House appointee.

Senator Bob Ballinger was elected to the Senate in November 2018.
He is serving his first term as a state senator representing District 5,
which includes parts of Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Johnson,
Sebastian, and Washington Counties and all of Madison County. He
chairs Missouri’s Joint Energy Committee.

Caleb Stanton works closely with Gov. Asa Hutchinson as an energy
and transport liaison. He has more than five years experience working
in the Governor’s office in Arkansas.

Rep. Bill Kidd represents the NE part of Jackson County (District 20)
in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first
two-year term in November 2014. Rep. Kidd is a 1975 graduate from
Oklahoma State University where he received his Bachelor of Science
Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology.

We are excited to add these members to the Board, and we look
forward to working with them on our shared priorities.
